Pricing questions
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Every price includes 21% Belgian VAT — the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you charge per bag or per booking?
Per bag, by size: hand luggage €30, standard €35, oversized €40. Add as many bags as you need.
What if my bag is heavier than the included limit?
Standard bags include up to 23 kg and oversized up to 30 kg. Heavier bags, up to the maximum, add €5 per bag.
Does it cost more if my hotel isn't a Tebura partner?
No — the price is the same. If we collect from a non-partner hotel, the driver simply meets you in person at pickup, at no extra cost.
