Terms and Conditions

1. Company

Tebura is operated by Peg Productions BV, Celestijnenlaan 200A, 3001 Leuven, Belgium. VAT BE 0XXX.XXX.XXX. Contact: [email protected].

2. Service

Tebura provides next-day hotel-to-hotel luggage transfer between participating cities. Bags are collected at the pickup hotel and delivered to the destination hotel the following day.

3. Prices

All prices shown during booking are in euros and include VAT. The total price is confirmed before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

5. Right of withdrawal

As this is a transport service with a fixed date, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service is confirmed (Article VI.53, 12° Code of Economic Law). You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 12:00 (noon) on the day before the scheduled collection, for a full refund. After that time the booking can no longer be cancelled for a refund.

6. Liability

Tebura is liable for loss or damage to luggage from the point of collection until delivery, subject to our standard terms. Force majeure events are excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
